JULY PRODUCTION

The director and cast are busy with ‘The Children’, which draws ever closer. The backstage

positions are filled, but we still need someone to operate the lighting and sound. The

effects plot will have been set and all you would have to do is press buttons. If you are

interested, please contact Simon Ash. Jean James (props) needs a couple of things – do you

have a fairly large water container with a tap, the sort of thing you would take camping?

She also needs a wind-up radio. If you have either of these and would be willing to lend

them to Jean, please let her know.

Can you display a poster or deliver handbills? If so, please come to the Barn on rehearsal

nights (Tuesday and Thursday) to collect them.

 

AN IMPORTANT OCCASION

Many congratulations and best wishes to Eily and Paul Goggins, who are celebrating their

platinum wedding anniversary – that’s seventy years!

 

A MESSAGE TO GARDENERS

Do you need a tomato plant or two? Jean has them to spare, so get in touch with her if you

want to grow your very own tomatoes.
